Dr. Sanjiv Agarwal has founded or led several healthcare companies, including 4 Ways Healthcare, Apnee Sehat, and Diabetacare. Within five years of him founding 4 Ways Healthcare, it became one of the largest Teleradiology providers in Europe and the only company to achieve Imaging Service Accreditation by the Royal College of Radiologists. Since 2011, Dr. Agarwal has been overseeing Clinical Dermatology Services for National Health Service Hospitals in the United Kingdom.
Sanjiv is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and a Member of the Royal College of Physicians. He obtained his MBBS, MD at King George’s Medical College, his MSc at King’s College in London, and his MBA at Cranfield University. Dr. Agarwal was awarded a prestigious contract in radiology by the UK Department of Health in 2007, and used it to deliver Radiology Services to National Health Service Hospitals in London.

Prof. Satyan Rajbhandari is a consultant endocrinologist and Honorary Clinical Professor at the University of Central Lancashire, UK. He is also a consultant Diabetologist at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals (UK) where he leads diabetes research unit and specializes in Diabetes Foot disease.
Satyan devotes his time to various charitable initiatives and regularly conducts Diabetes Awareness events in different parts of the UK for south Asian communities. He is the General Secretary of Health Exchange Nepal (UK), a charity promoting healthcare professional training in Nepal. Satyan has received various prestigious awards including Arun Baksi Award for close co-operation between primary and secondary care diabetes service (2006), Young Researcher Award by European Association of Study of Diabetic Neuropathy (2005) and Sir Ernest Finch Travel Award for Young Researcher (1997).

Ms. Mandakini Sud is the Chief Operating Officer at Diabetacare. She is a Marketing and Strategic Communications professional with over 15 years of international work experience spread across public, private, non-profit and development sectors. The last eight years of her career were mostly spent advising some of the world’s leading organizations and their chief executives on communication strategy, media relations, reputation management, political and policy communication. Mandakini is a Vice-President at Synergy Capital Ventures, LLP and a communications consultant at The World Bank. From 2010-2012, she served as India Head of Communications for ArcelorMittal and Mittal Investments. Mandakini holds a postgraduate degree in Strategic Communication from American University in Washington DC. As visiting faculty at MICA, India’s premier academic institute for Strategic Marketing & Communication, she has designed and taught graduate-level curriculum courses.

Mr. Sudhir Krishna is the Chief Technology Officer at Diabetacare. He is a technologist and an entrepreneur with over 18 years of product development expertise and until 2010 served as Vice President, SAP NetWeaver Mobile. He is also the founder and CEO of Smart Commerce Solutions.
Sudhir is a Mechanical Engineer with executive management certification from INSEAD and IIM Bangalore. He has 3 US Patents to his credit.

She brings 20+ years of experience in Nutrition and Dietetics and until 2013 served as HOD of Clinical Nutrition & Management Representative, Mallya Hospital. A Critical Care Specialist in Nutrition, Thara is a recipient of the best dietitian award by Bharat Jyoti and Worldwide Achievers.
Thara has a Post Graduate degree in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics from Bangalore University and a MBA from Manipal Institute.

Ms. Abhilasha Srivastava heads the sales and marketing at Diabetacare. She has over 9 years of experience in the Healthcare and IT industry and has worked with Manipal Health Enterprises, Adobe Systems & Infosys Technologies. Until 2015, Abhilasha served as the Global Head for New Channel Development and Referral Sales, Manipal Hospital, where she was instrumental in setup of 45 Information Centres & Clinics across India.
Abhilasha has a Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering and an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. She has also received an executive education certification in Healthcare Analytics from IIM Bangalore.

Ms. Kirpal Marwa heads the nursing function at Diabetacare. She has been instrumental in development and quality enhancement of Primary and Secondary care services provided for Asians with Diabetes. Kirpal is a qualified Diabetes Specialist Nurse. She serves as Education Facilitator and Diabetes Specialist Nurse at the University Hospital Coventry and the Warwickshire National Health Service trust.

Dr. Andrew Boulton is the President of the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD) and the European Foundation for the Study of Diabetes (EFSD). He is a Professor of Medicine at the University of Manchester and Consultant Physician at the Manchester Royal Infirmary. He is also an Associate Editor for Diabetes Care and on the editorial board of Current Diabetes and the International Diabetes Monitor.
Dr. Boulton has received numerous awards, including the International Award in Diabetic Foot Research (1995), the Roger Pecoraro Award from the American Diabetes Association (1996), the Castelli-Pedroli Prize from the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (2003), and the Edward Olmos Award for Advocacy in the Prevention of Amputation in Diabetes.

Dr. Ambrish Mithal is the Chairman and Head of Endocrinology and Diabetes division at Medanta, the Medicity. He is also the Chairperson of “Nutrition Working Group of the Committee of Scientific Advisors” & “Asia Pacific Advisory Council of the International Osteoporosis Foundation (IOF, Switzerland)”.
He has a DM in Endocrinology from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).
During his initial career, he worked as a faculty at Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute (SGPGI), Lucknow & was was instrumental in setting up the Department of Endocrinology there. Dr. Ambrish has received several prestigious awards including Fogarty Fellowship (Harvard Medical School), JICA fellowship (Japan), Boy Frame award of the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research (Adult Working Group), IOF Amgen Health Professionals Award (for ISBMR) in 2005, and ‘Doctor of the Year’ in 2005. Sudhir was a leading and integral part in the creation of ArcelorMittal, the world’s largest steel company. He spent 27 years with ArcelorMittal, where he was a member of the Group Management Board, Alternate Chairman of the Corporate Finance & Tax Committee and the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee. He also managed Mittal InvestmentsSarl for eight years, where he structured equity investments of $ 1.5bn in assets of $ 8bn in natural resources, cement and infrastructure.
Sudhir is the Founder and Managing Partner of Synergy Capital Corp. LLP and Synergy Capital Ventures LLP. He is also a Board member of Business Council of International Understanding, USA.
